Booking Policy
By booking a Virtual Recording Studio session with Q The Muziq, you agree to the following: Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. Select a session length that gives you enough time to complete your recording goals. Purchasing a time block reserves that amount of engineering time and does not guarantee completion of a specific number of songs. Session Start & End Times Sessions begin at the scheduled booking time and end when the purchased time block expires. Please be connected, prepared, and ready to record at your scheduled time. Late arrival, technical setup, file preparation, or troubleshooting on the client's end does not extend the session. Client Requirements Clients are responsible for having a working computer, microphone, audio interface, headphones, stable high-speed internet connection, and a suitable recording environment. Muse Sessions and any required software must be installed and tested before the session. Files & Preparation Please have all instrumentals, reference tracks, lyrics, BPM/key information, and other necessary files ready before your session. Instrumentals should preferably be WAV files for the best recording workflow. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited and require a new booking. No-shows are non-refundable. Technical Issues If a technical issue occurs on Q The Muziq's end and prevents the session from continuing, the affected time will be rescheduled at no additional charge. Time lost due to the client's equipment, internet connection, software, or setup is considered part of the booked session. Additional Time Additional recording time may be purchased if scheduling permits. Additional time is not guaranteed, so clients are encouraged to select an appropriate time block when booking. Recording Only Virtual Recording Studio bookings cover recording/engineering during the scheduled session. Full mixing, mastering, editing, tuning, and other post-production services are not included unless specifically stated or purchased separately. Session Files Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing delivered files. Q The Muziq is not responsible for long-term storage of session files. Booking your session confirms that you have read and agreed to this policy. Q The Muziq | Industry Sound Starts Here
