All bookings with Q The Muziq are completed online and confirmed once payment is received in full. Please review your selected service carefully before booking. Turnaround Time: Standard delivery: 3–10 business days per mix or master. Revisions: 2–3 business days after notes are received. Rush delivery is available upon request for an additional fee. Revisions: Each service includes 2 free rounds of revisions within 7 days of delivery. Additional revisions are available as an add-on. File Delivery: Please ensure all files are properly labeled and consolidated before upload. Incomplete or mislabeled files may delay turnaround time. Refunds & Cancellations: Due to the nature of digital audio services, all sales are final once work has begun. If you need to cancel before file submission, contact us within 24 hours for a possible credit toward a future session.
